SA’s ACH Group looking for partners for its $200M Repatriation General Hospital redevelopment

The Adelaide-based Not For Profit purchased the 13.7 hectare site at Daw Park, 7km from the Adelaide CBD, for an unnamed price last year from SA Health.

It plans to transform the site, which includes the Government-owned Repatriation General Hospital site, ViTA residential aged care and restorative care facility run by ACH, a number of privately-owned residential properties and a petrol station, into a health, aged care and community precinct.

ACH CEO Ray Creen says the Group has undertaken community engagement with a range of stakeholders including veterans and the public. “We are also undertaking ongoing discussions with specialist service providers to explore options to partner in the on-site delivery of services,” he said.

Once approved, the redevelopment is expected to be complete by 2024.
