The Daily Tele is reporting that his Provectus Care Group will open its fourth Australian facility Drayton House at Bellevue Hill in the city’s affluent Eastern Suburbs later this month.
The 65-bed boutique facility will feature a cinema, hair salon, day spa and vertical garden with views of Sydney Harbour.
The Group is also refurbishing the heritage-listed Darling House in Dawes Point to provide accommodation for up to 13 residents with another planned for Canberra.
As we covered here, Mr Moran has also taken his aged care model to China, with several facilities in development there including one in Wuxi in eastern China which will be built in partnership with one of China’s largest developers Greenland HK.
