Stage 1 of $30M 480-unit land lease community in Bundaberg starts construction

Construction of Stage 1 at RV Oceanside at Burnett Heads, 16km north of Bundaberg, will feature 487 home sites and is run by a small, family-owned operator with ties to the area.

As we reported here, the family won unanimous approval from the local council in October 2018 for the RV-friendly plans which include a garage for every home capable of housing a small boat, caravan and two cars.
