Stockland releases teaser video showing off new retirement village

Stockland use the words ‘retirement village’ very sparingly in its advertising for the newly-branded Shine Birtinya on QLD’s Sunshine Coast – previously the Birtinya Retirement Village – in 30-second videos.

The short clip showcases the village’s wellness centre, yoga studio, coffee lounge and waterfront views – promising “feel good” retirement.

Shine Birtinya opened to residents last year under its original brand.
