Swift raises $7.5M to buy digital entertainment group Video on Demand

1 min read

Swift provides entertainment and services to aged care and hotel locations. The acquisition will see its total site numbers increase by 67% and room numbers by 20,000.

Based in Sydney, Video on Demand supplies IPTV and video-on-demand services to over 26,000 accommodation rooms.

Last November, they acquired Web2TV and Living Networks, which provides entertainment and telecommunication services to aged care homes and over-55s lifestyle resorts.

Swift tells us they now have around 8,000 aged care rooms with another 8,000 currently under negotiation.

Just last week, we reported here that the Group had signed a deal to supply its services to McKenzie Aged Care.

“We’re at the cusp right now of signing a number of sites,” Gavin Burt said.
