We needed to bring her back to Australia (from Mississippi) to speak at our LEADERS SUMMIT in March 26 – 27 in Sydney, and to spend quality time with village operators. This is a ‘first’ for us.

Margaret founded her ProMatura in 1984. With 50 staff, it is THE research and advisory group for developers and operators of retirement living accommodation and aged care across America, Canada and the UK.
She is a no holds barred pragmatist that the most hardened developer respects.
Margaret is Chair of the Lifestyle Residential Development Council, and former Chair of the Senior Housing Council and Building Healthy Places, served on the Americas Executive Committee and Building Healthy Places; serves on the Executive Board of the American Seniors Housing Association, and the Executive Advisory Board of (advocacy group) Argentum.
Wylde received the Icon of the Industry Award from the 50+ Housing Council of NAHB for her “substantial and lasting impact on the seniors housing industry.” She was the first woman to receive this honour.
