The Seventh Day Adventists church has sought a DA approval from Whitehorse Council for a 151 ILU retirement village on 12.8 ha. They wish to build six apartment buildings of between three and five stories. They have also asked for a reduction in the car park requirement. The church points out that their proposal only utilises 20% of the land, leaving 80% protected.
