VIC: Japara starts work on major extension and refurbishment of regional facility

The provider’s home in Mirboo North, 155km east of Melbourne, will see 14 new single rooms and a café, activity and lounge area and courtyard as well as refurbishments to the existing facilities to create a more home-like feel.

Japara has focused on developing more ‘small house’ style facilities, including at its new home planned for prime waterfront at Robina on the Gold Coast.

They have 48 aged care homes and five retirement villages across Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania.
