The Royal Australian Air Force Association (RAAFA)’s Cirrus Apartments development in Bull Creek, 15km south of the Perth CBD, is nearing completion with the six-storey complex set to open doors in September.

RAAFA CEO John Murray told The West Australian interest is already strong with an increase in enquiries in the past few weeks.

“To date we haven’t done any external marketing, and already we have deposits on over 50 per cent. A number of people have already sold their family homes – some on the first home open – and are all geared up to move in during September,” he said.

Located on 11ha on the existing Air Force Memorial Estate, 30 of the 57 apartments have already been taken with prices starting from $490,000 up to $870,000 for three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments on the top floor.
