Over-50s lifestyle resort developer, owner and operator GemLife is now selling off-the-plan Stage One of its new $200 million elevated site in Pimpama on the Gold Coast.

77 homes, which are priced from $605,000, are on offer in the first of three stages on the 46ha site. There are 13 designs available, each including two bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, 192sqm to 211sqm of living space, designer finishes and a six-star energy rating.

The doors have also opened to a state-of-the-art Experience Centre, which provides an immersive and interactive experience capturing the lifestyle on offer in the community.

GemLife Gold Coast will ultimately comprise 365 homes, delivered over more than three years, with a country club, rooftop infinity-edge pool, bowling alley, cinema, wine lounge and virtual golf among its suite of facilities.

Director and CEO, Adrian Puljich, said GemLife Gold Coast was set to be its flagship lifestyle resort and was its first community developed in the city.

“We’ve already been inundated with enquiry from those wanting to know more about the new community and are expecting our first stage of homes to be in high demand,” said GemLife Director and CEO, Adrian Puljich (pictured), who is a speaker at this year's LEADERS SUMMIT.

“There has been a shift in recent years that has seen younger buyers looking to take advantage of the active lifestyle benefits of an over-50s resort and based on early enquiry, we’re set to see that trend continue at GemLife Gold Coast.”
