Sydney-based Vivacity’s first over-50s land lease development, Tallowood Medowie, in Port Stephens, 34km north of Newcastle, is building its third of six stages.
The development in the suburb of Port Stephens, 34km north of Newcastle, has sold all the 82 homes in its first two stages. As of 24 February, it has also sold a further 25 of 50 homes, for between $583,000 and $785,000, in the third stage.
The median property price for a house in Nelson Bay is $875,000, according to realestate.com.au.
One in five of the residents are still working, with a further one in three active volunteers.
Vivacity was founded by Managing Director Jonathon Steggles Mendez.
