The strength of the professional development movement for village management was demonstrated over the past three weeks, with sold-out attendance at each one-day VILLAGE SUMMIT in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney (pictured above) and Brisbane.

43 speakers gave presentations across leadership, motivation, new state regulations, today’s customer, sales KPIs, team building, culture, emerging retirement living models, the American village manager role and career plus new models in memory care.

Also present was a strong representation of village operator CEOs and leadership teams.

Over the coming issues of The SOURCE, we will highlight different presentations for our readers.
