The 124-bed, four-storey facility in Bentley has been approved for the same street as their Kingia and Tandara aged care facilities as the Not For Profit looks to cater for ageing locals.
Most aged care facilities have an occupancy around 92% to 93%, but SwanCare CEO Graham Francis says they have a rate about 99%.
“To have all of the facilities located near each other is beneficial to us as we can service our residents better,” he said.
