The multi-storey 12,000 sqm ViTA development will be part of the ‘Healthia’ precinct opposite the Lyell McEwin Hospital in Elizabeth Vale, 22km north of the CBD, and offer 120 places including disability housing, short term accommodation and apartments, residential aged care and independent living.

The site will also include a centre for research into aged care and training students.

Acting ACH Group Chief Executive Officer Trudy Sutton says ViTA’s focus will be on restoration and rehabilitation.

“We want to help people get better and get back into their own homes and communities,” she said.
