The Not For Profit operator will start work on a four-storey, 36 apartment complex in the first stage of the redevelopment of Weeronga, the largest of its four villages, in Melville, 12km south of the Perth CBD.
Development of the 12 three-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments designed by Peter Hunt Architect will be managed by Total Project Management’s Edward Neville. Sales will be directed by Colliers, the first time a major real estate agency has been appointed to manage Perth village sales.
