The first three stages of GemLife’s 204-home Palmwoods land lease community on QLD’s Sunshine Coast are sold out, with the first 23 settlements having moved in, and another eight expected in August.
All eyes are now on the $12.5 million 4,800 sqm two-storey country club (pictured) being built at the development, which GemLife Managing Director Adrian Puljich first revealed to The SOURCE in August 2020.
GemLife Palmwoods Sales Manager Liz Millroy said the overall look and feel of the community club would be reminiscent of a luxury mountain lodge but modernised and localised to capture the sub-tropical Sunshine Coast hinterland.
“From the lower ground level facing the boardwalk to the ground and first floor, every level has an elevated view of the surrounding vegetation. With so many lush green views, it will almost be like being in the Daintree Rainforest, but without the crocodiles!” she said.
“But seriously, residents will feel like they’re on holidays – they won’t want to leave.”
The fourth stage is yet to be released.
