We can’t recall when we last wrote that a council was ‘unanimous’ in approving a development. The 78 apartments will be built over three buildings on the Club at Middle Ridge, 130km west of Brisbane, after councillors all voted in favour of the development.
Designed by Cox Architecture, it’s one of several co-located villages that Aura Holdings – founded by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor in 2016 – is developing with Queensland golf clubs.
Just last week, they presented the plans for a 215-unit village at the Indooroopilly Golf Club as the group builds its development pipeline which is currently at 900 units and growing.
