Aura Holdings get DA for ten storey Gold Coast Village

The Pavilion, a 10-storey community will consist of 68 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and developed by QLD based operator Aura Holdings, which was founded in 2016 by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor.

Construction will begin soon on Stage One at North Kirra, 30km south of Surfers Paradise.

Apartments at The Pavilion designed by O’Neill Architecture and built by Woollam Constructions will range from $495,000 to $1.28M.

Aura Holdings has six village projects in various stages of development in southeast QLD.
