The new venture will be called Ramsey Connect. It will provide coordinated care during and after a patient’s hospitalisation.
It will include rehabilitation in the home post joint replacement, palliative care, chronic disease and mental health management programs.

The services will include physiotherapy, health coaching, exercise physiology, dietetics, occupational therapy and podiatry services.
