1 min read

AlayaCare, founded in 2014, has acquired Procura, which was established in 1989 and has 200 customers across Australia and Canada in its drive to become the world’s top home and community care technology providers.

The cloud-based company says the move will extend its market reach to include residential aged care providers in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

As we reported here, AlayaCare first moved into the Australian market in 2017, helping private aged care provider Seasons Private Aged Care prepare for the rollout of CDC in home care.
