Catholic Healthcare completes first stage of regional NSW retirement village

A sign that small village developments are continuing in regional areas.

19 two- and three-bedroom homes have now been built at the Jemalong Retirement Living Village at Forbes in central west NSW which will accommodate 60 village units once complete.

Catholic Healthcare General Manager, Residential Care, Andrew Kinkade said 50% of the homes have already sold.

“We are committed and focused on creating much needed additional services in Forbes for the growing aged population,” he said.
