Clarification: Alison Quinn and Stephen Bull – “Conversations never about property”

In a later panel Alison Quinn, CEO of RetireAustralia and President of the Retirement Living Council, explained that in her business they speak of two ‘arrangements’ with customers.

“There is a property arrangement and an ‘experience’ arrangement, or contract that RetireAustralia enters with a resident.

Stephen Bull, CEO of Stockland Retirement, stated: “The conversations when moving in is never about property”.

Stig Anderson, CEO of IRT Communities, said: “It’s all about community. If we can’t provide care, we can find services for residents”.
