Construction complete on Stockland’s $95m Mernda village (VIC)

The final stage of construction included the addition of 17 new independent living villages to the existing Mernda Retirement Village – an hour north of Melbourne.

The village now features 275 villas across 70 hectares and is home to more than 350 retirees, making it one of Stockland’s largest villages in the country.

Prices for a fully-furnished villa start from $325,000 – but less than 25 remain on sale.
