Construction set to begin on $80m lifestyle community in South West Rocks (NSW)

Civil construction on Sea Spirit Lifestyle’s over-55s lifestyle community The Links – located on the NSW far north coast, three hours north of Newcastle (pictured) – is scheduled to start later this month.

The development is expected to be finished within five years and include 199 Hampton-style homes – 25 of which are flagged for completion by Christmas this year.

An official sod turning ceremony was attended by Sea Spirit Lifestyle's CEO Cedric Rodrigues, South West Rocks Country Club CEO David Cunningham and Kempsey Shire Council mayor Liz Campbell earlier this month.
