Civil works are set to commence on Clifton Lifestyle’s second land lease community, at Yamba on the NSW North Coast.
Clifton Yamba is slated to comprise 193 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes plus communal facilities. Earthworks began last year, with civil works – including power, water, and roads – expected to be underway early this year.
“Once the civil works have been completed, we will then commence construction of our stunning resort-style communal facilities which include a magnificent Clubhouse, swimming pool, bowling green, cinema, sports bar, croquet lawn and lots more,” the developer says.
The company is holding an information morning in Yamba on Thursday March 24, and anticipates its stage one release – including 18 homes and the communal facilities – to be open this year.
Clifton’s first land lease community, Clifton Old Bar on the NSW Mid North Coast, opened in 2019. The developer was previously known as Zenprop Australia.
