Last week we incorrectly numbered the presales at Kevin Ryan’s new village at Bowral (Southern Highlands outside of Sydney) at 54 out of 56 homes.
Waterbrook has advised that this week they sold their two remaining homes, taking the correct number sold to 77, not 56.
The site is located at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart boys boarding school which was originally built in 1904. Kevin Ryan is using its vast proportions to create what we believe will be the showcase retirement village for the country.
Sales would indicate buyers feel the same way. Sales have been done at prices from $1.4 million to $2.4 million.
Partial demolition and excavations have only just commenced. Final Stage Three sales commence later this year.
This is Ryan’s third Waterbrook village.
