Boutique property developer Formspace has submitted plans to build its first seniors’ development, a $11.4 million luxury retirement village in Bellevue Hill, 8km from the Sydney CBD.
Formspace acquired the site in July this year. The proposal, designed by acclaimed architect Luigi Rosselli, will see Formspace construct 10 apartments over three storeys that will appear as two semi-detached homes from the street plus basement parking for 21 cars.
