DCM Institute achieves 530 Village Manager members in Professional Development program

Published on

Approximately one in three Village Managers across Australia is now a member of the DCM Institute Professional Development program, three years after its launch.

In response to new regulations in each state promoting ongoing skill upgrading and the requirement of the Retirement Village Code of Conduct, the DCM Institute is specifically designed to both comply and develop the hard and soft skills required by Village Managers.

The program delivers both online and face-to-face development, including four Professional Development Days across 12 months.

The investment is $1,995 for one Village Manager and concessional pricing for groups.

The Retirement Village Association of New Zealand has now joint ventured with DCM to take the program into the New Zealand sector, commencing next month.
