Bethanie Community Housing’s new initiative for over-55s
Construction has started on 50 apartments for over-55s and low-income tenants in Perth, Western Australia. Bethanie Fremantle will be a six-storey development featuring 28 two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes and 22 one-bedroom, one-bathroom homes.
