Eureka announces $3.3 million expansion of Wynnum rental village, 20km from Brisbane

Publicly listed Eureka Group Holdings will undertake a $3.3 million expansion of its Wynnum village, adding 22 one-bedroom units to the site.

The site currently runs 40 one-bedroom units.

Eureka will also expand and upgrade the community room and external village facilities.

“The Wynnum village enjoys consistently high occupancy levels in a sought-after metropolitan area and the Board and management are delighted to be able to increase the number of units available for rental by independent seniors in the village,” said Eureka in an ASX release.

The expansion will be funded by cash flow and existing debt facilities.

Construction is due to be completed 30 June 2021.
