GemLife reaches next stage in land bid for golf club site to build new land lease community

Around 65 members of the Kyneton Golf Club (89 kilometres north-west of the Melbourne CBD) committee voted to advance to the next stage of the potential sale of part of the club’s land to GemLife last week.

The LLC developer can now take its proposal for a 172-home community to local council.

Plans for the site also include modifications made to existing greens on the golf course, and new greens to be created.

As we reported here last week, GemLife also secured a planning permit application to add 27 units to another of its existing communities in the nearby VIC suburb of Woodend earlier this month.
