The ex-RetireAustralia executive’s Reside Communities is drawing strong interest for its new Esperance Hope Island retirement village, launched to market this week.

As we reported here, the 3.4ha site is located on Hope Island, approximately 19km north of Surfers Paradise, and will be built out over five years.

When complete, the village will have five towers with 348 units and 15 villas – and over a third are already reserved.

There are also future plans for aged care and ground floor retail on the site.

Glen told the Gold Coast Bulletin that interest in the project was significant.

“The official launch of any new project is an exciting milestone and we are looking forward to our vision, uniquely tailored to meet the needs and expectations of todays; active and independent retirees, becoming a reality,” he said.
