Hampshire to expand by 200 land lease homes at Pambula on NSW South Coast

Hampshire Property Group has been revealed as the purchaser of the caravan park on Green Point Road, Pambula.

It is next door to land lease community operator Hampshire’s 98-unit Acacia Ponds Village.

The new Merimbula Lake Village is about 15 acres in size and has a number of existing residential sites which will be incorporated into the overall plan for the new community. It also has holiday sites and an amenities block.

Hampshire Property Group has submitted a draft proposal to Bega Valley Shire Council and Merimbula News Weekly reported up to 200 properties are planned for Merimbula Lake Village.
