The land lease operator first turned the sod on its 120-home community in Eden on the NSW South Coast in October 2022.
With 54% of Eden’s population aged over 50, Lincoln Lifestyle Eden Gardens, which sits adjacent to Eden Sports and Recreation Club, has proved instrumental in keeping the close-knit community together.
Bega Valley Mayor Russell Fitzpatrick joined Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer Paul Yeo and Joint Venture partner Eden Sports and Recreation Club Chief Executive Officer Andrew Terry to officially open Lincoln Lifestyle Eden Gardens’ million-dollar Clubhouse last month.
Andrew said the new Clubhouse, which was developed in conjunction with the Club, represents the shared commitment of both groups to deliver long-term value for residents in the town.
“We’re proud to celebrate the opening of this new community facility with Lincoln Place, delivering on our shared vision for a connected, active lifestyle. The close connection between the Club and Lincoln Lifestyle Eden Gardens supports residents to live well, stay active and stay connected with the wider Eden community.”
Paul said the Clubhouse demonstrates Lincoln Place’s ongoing investment in the community and complements amenities at the Club, including a bowling green and 18-hole championship golf course.
“The Clubhouse will become the social heart of the community with its exclusive residents’ lounge, community bar and games room, balanced with the Eden Sports and Recreation Club amenities,” Paul said.
