Ingenia announces new $55M development in QLD’s ‘retirement hotspot’

The new land lease community, Freshwater by Ingenia Lifestyle, will span across five hectares and deliver 131 new homes at East Burpengary, 45km north of the Brisbane CBD.

Ingenia Senior Development Manager Matt Fedrick said construction will soon start on the first stage of homes, with the first residents expected to move in by early 2020.

New homes will start at $335,000 for a two-bedroom, two bathroom and single car garage home.
