Ingenia Communities reveals what $4M buys for a clubhouse at its Hervey Bay facility

A new resort-style clubhouse at Ingenia Communities’ Hervey Bay land lease community on the Fraser Coast in Queensland has cost $4 million.

The clubhouse features a magnesium swimming pool, four rink bowling green, community lounge, sports bar, kitchen, library, gym, media room and alfresco barbecue area.

Ingenia Communities General Manager Residential Justin Blumfield, staff, residents and Fraser Coast City Council Mayor George Seymour officially unveiled the commemorative plaque for the Eagle’s Nest clubhouse, named in honour of the preserved nest of a native bird of prey that remains on site. It took a year to build.

“Great amenities aren’t just a ‘nice-to-have’ – they’re an essential part of thriving and connected neighbourhoods and we’ve seen how they successfully help to create places where people want to live,” said Mr Blumfield.
