Japara nears completion on $26 million flagship Corymbia aged care home on the Northern Beaches of Sydney

Japara’s $26.5 million 102-bed aged care home in Belrose, 19km north of Sydney, is nearing its completion with an expected opening date of May 2021.

The new three storey aged care home was built by Richard Crookes Constructions, starting in November, 2019.

The up-market development was designed by ThomsonAdsett and is set upon 1.03 hectares with views of neighbouring national parks and the coast and is only 3.7km from the Northern Beaches Hospital.

The aged care home includes premium single bed rooms with ensuites and a variety of amenities such as an in-house café and bar, expansive terraces, a cinema, a beauty, hair and nail salon and a gymnasium.

Qualified nursing staff have also been employed and will be available 24/7 along with a personalised approach to care, which will be specifically tailored to each resident.
