Juniper begins fourth new development – a 100-bed aged care facility in Perth’s south

The new facility in Martin, 20km from the CBD, will be built by Crothers Constructions and is just one of several developments the WA Not For Profit has in its pipeline.

These include:

  • A 60-bed transitional care program at their Rowethorpe campus in Bentley
  • An aged care hub offering residential care and home care in Kununurra which we covered here
  • 40 independent living units over three levels at their Elimatta village in Menora
  • Demolition of the Chrystal Halliday aged care facility in Karrinyup to make way for a new 120-bed facility
