Land Lease developer Palm Lake Group turns sod on latest $25M aged care facility

Yes, Palm Lakes is building residential aged care to support its Land Lease Communities.

The 110-bed facility will be built at Mount Warren Park, 37km from Brisbane, and will feature 24-hour nursing care, alfresco living areas, cafe, theatre, hair salon, gym and billiards tables.

It’s just one of five aged care facilities that the Elliott family-run operator has planned for its QLD villages. They already have four existing RACs alongside its communities in Bethania, Deception Bay, Bargara and Redland Bay.

Palm Lake currently has 23 Land Lease Communities across QLD, NSW and VIC.
