Plans for the vacant block owned by Pedare Christian College at Golden Grove in South Australia include a multi-storey building with 178 independent living units, 24 serviced apartments and an 80 bed aged care home.
While the sale price remains confidential, both parties have called the deal a partnership to benefit all generations, with the opportunity for the College and Life Care to incorporate learning options for students in food technology, allied health and aged care.
