Last week the Land Lease operator doubled its profits to $25M. This week they have bought a 160-home site in Parklea’s 450ha Kaduna Park estate in Officer South, 54km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, their 15th community in VIC.
While an LLC operator, they do charge a DMF.
They also appointed The Hon. Nicola Roxon and Georgina Williams as new directors.
Ms Roxon is well-known as the first female Attorney-General of Australia and also served as the Federal Minister for Health and Ageing.
Ms Williams has 20 years’ experience in financial services, working for National Australia Bank, Bank of Melbourne and AustralianSuper and has just been named as the incoming Chief Executive of Food and Wine Victoria.
Will this reflect a new direction for the operator?
