Lifestyle Communities is on the hunt for a new Head of Marketing and Managing Director James Kelly (pictured above) has used some creative wording in his recruitment drive on LinkedIn.
The self-described “very passionate MD” said marketing was the driving force of the brand and he encourages quirky and “innovative” thinking to “disrupt the baby boomer” into wanting to downsize.
“Just a cracker of a role,” Mr Kelly said.
The position is described as being supremely important as the driver behind marketing strategies and clear communication with customers and homeowners.
With 18 Lifestyle Communities locations – and another five in planning or development – the job also requires networking with prospective homeowners, advertising agencies, media buying agencies and suppliers.
The successful candidate must also have a minimum of eight years of extensive and relevant experience, in order to hit the ground running.
