Lifestyle Communities’ land lease development at St Leonards, on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula, has opened up its new clubhouse after COVID-19 delays.
Built by Alchemy Construct and officially opened on Saturday 5 March, the clubhouse features a heated indoor and outdoor pool plus lounge, gym, cinema, bowling green, electric car, and other amenities.
“Following the arduous journey through COVID with material delays, lockdowns and site restrictions on personnel numbers, we could not be prouder of the finished build,” the operator said prior to the opening.
“Our homeowners are buzzing in anticipation of receiving their new clubhouse, only heightened following our early handover of our community lawn bowls green and multi-purpose green over Christmas, which has received plenty of foot traffic throughout the summer period.”
Lifestyle Communities last year bought land adjacent to the St Leonards site for additional houses; the community currently has 26 homes for sale starting at $340,040.
