Lifestyle Communities to build 21st community in outer Melbourne – 4,288 home sites

Just three months after acquiring the site for its 20th community in Victoria, James Kelly’s LLC operator has picked up a site in Clyde North, 46km southeast of the Melbourne CBD, for 275 homes.

Lifestyle Communities has also executed an additional contract of sale to buy a 1.2ha next to its existing site in St Leonards, 33km east of Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula.

The purchases bring the operator’s total number of home sites in planning, development or under management to 4,288.
