Lincoln Place acquires approved site for 15th NSW land lease community
- $160m investment: Lincoln Place enters Tamworth
- 217 homes: First land lease community for North Tamworth
- Resort lifestyle: Clubhouse, pool, gym and pickleball planned
- 2027 arrival: First residents expected mid-year
The business, founded by Nick Collishaw and Ben Hindmarsh in 2018, has purchased a site for a $160 million 217-home community.
The 13.6ha property in Oxley Vale, 7km from Tamworth’s CBD, marks the first land lease community in North Tamworth, to be known as Lincoln Lifestyle Tamworth, a city in northeast NSW.
The lifestyle community has planning approval for 217 two- and three-bedroom single-level homes alongside a central clubhouse and wellness centre precinct.
“This includes ... a heated indoor pool, gym, private theatrette, library, lounge and dining areas, pickleball courts and bowling green,” Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer, Paul Yeo, said.
The Weekly SOURCE reported in August 2025 that the plans had been lodged by Browns Road Development Pty Ltd, with Land Dynamics Australia preparing the application for Lincoln Place and deBlanco Design Studio as architect.

“Tamworth is an expanding city in a region where more than 36% of the population is aged 50 and over, and we’re grateful to Tamworth Regional Council for sharing our vision to deliver purpose-built housing for this growing demographic,” said Paul.
The first residents are expected to move in by mid-2027.
