After acquiring three aged care homes in the Hunter region last month, the rapidly expanding Perth-based operator had added another to its stable.
Roshana Care Group has acquired Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care & Retirement Living from major operator Bolton Clarke.
Located in Bolton Point, overlooking Lake Macquarie, the facility includes an 89-bed aged care home and 54 retirement living units.

"Roshana Bolton Point provides a welcoming environment where residents can enjoy independence, meaningful relationships, and the confidence of having the right support available as their needs change," Roshana Care Group said.
"Surrounded by natural beauty, peaceful landscapes, and the warmth of a close-knit community, Roshana Bolton Point is more than a place to live, it is a place to belong, create memories, and continue enjoying life your way."

Roshana Care Group is now a national operator, with several small acquisitions across the country in the last 12-18 months.
Concurrently is it pursuing a vertically integrated model of care, with aged care, healthcare, retirement living, and community care investments, aiming to diversify its income streams.
