Living Choice given green light for first Gold Coast retirement village

Living Choice will develop its first retirement community on the Gold Coast, located within The Club at Parkwood Village precinct, 10km north of Surfers Paradise.

The development will comprise of 219 apartments, in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, overlooking the precinct’s lake and golf course.

Living Choice already operates two villages in Queensland, one on Kawana Island and one in Twin Waters with plans to develop another in nearby Maroochydore.
