Masonic Care WA on track to deliver 124-bed aged care facility as part of $200M development

The Not For Profit broke ground last week on the first stage of its Middle Swan Aged Care Campus, which will deliver a $45 million 124-bed aged care facility, 26km northeast of Perth.

The Not For Profit will continue to develop the campus over the next five years.

Future stages will include retirement housing and low-cost rental housing for older West Australians, with the total build estimated to cost $200 million.

The six-hectare development is also expected to provide employment for 200 health and operational staff and provide the region with much-needed residential aged care.

“This has been a five-year process getting to this point; as we sourced the best location, here on the old Primary School site in Middle Swan,” said CEO, Marie-Louise MacDonald.
