Calvary Health Care Bethlehem in Caulfield South, 10km southeast from the Melbourne CBD, is planning to demolish their existing hospital and replace it with a $73.3M precinct including an 80-bed aged care home and 85 independent living units housed in a 19-storey tower.

The redeveloped site on Kooyong Road and Saturn Street will also offer traditional health care services and specialist palliative care and hospital services in new buildings ranging from three storeys up to 19 storeys.

When approved, the new tower will be one of the highest apartment complexes in the city’s suburbs.
