NZ’s Ryman Healthcare to build seventh village in seven years in Melbourne

Ryman has purchased land to build a $95 million continuum of care and retirement village, it serviced apartments and residential aged care (including specialist dementia) at Mount Martha, 91Kl South of Melbourne on the entrance to the Mornington Peninsula.

They opened their first village at Brandon Park in 2014.
NZ’s largest village operator, they state that Victoria has a larger population than their home country and is wide open for growth with their continuum of care model.
